‘I stumbled across a pornographic magazine a top a bin bag, and was tired of seeing the subject of sex stripped back of its intricacies and reduced to a single function of self gratification.
I began to cut out all these sexual organs and bodies and in the process they gradually felt “pure”. I then composed them in a reinvented aesthetic form.’
