‘In 2009 I found myself in the condition to look with greater attention at those that were homeless, and I didn’t find any sense in what I was observing. That is to say, no changes just exchanges. Thus, I created this cardboard sign.
Originally intended as a stand alone piece, I recognised that this that issue deserved a more substantial means of garnering attention. Therefore, this became the beginning of the subsequent project named CUT OFF.’
