‘I love to paint outdoors, where there’s a constant dialogue of acceptance, conversion and and the input of the weather conditions. When I understand that the artwork it’s almost complete, I finish the remainder in the studio. I have no celebrations during this entire process and for this reason the title is just the date of when the work is completed.’
